  62. This file contains general information concerning the installation and
  63. use of Name That State for Windows.

  65. 1. Installing NTS
  66.  
  67.     Name That State requires that you use the provided "Setupnts.exe"
  68.     program for it to be properly installed. The setup program DOES NOT
  69.     modify your Windows.ini, System.ini, Config.sys, or Autoexec.bat
  70.     files. Setupnts copies only the necessary files and places them
  71.     in the selected directory.
